A New Experience

I recently started school at Danville Community College. AKA, Yesterday. I first had Psychology 200. I came into the class about 5 minutes early, which is apparently pretty late. There were only three seats left in the whole class room. I had one of those awkward moments when I suddenly realized that everyone in the entire class was staring at me when I walked in. Even though it was only for like 3 seconds it felt longer. Then I headed to Chemistry with my cousin Jacob. We sat beside one another and made sounds a lot, not loud enough for everyone else to hear though. But then I couldn't stop laughing. It was uncontrollable. So I had to close my ears so I couldn't hear Jacob anymore until I could calm down. Anyway, that's how it went. Good.

Beach

Hi! I'm at Myrtle Beach. My dad and mom and I just arrived early this afternoon around 1:00pm. The trip wasn't too long. We went to the Tanger Outlet and did a little bit of shopping. We might go back for a little bit tomorrow. Anyway, Bye.

A new found pastime

Hello world! This Harrison. I'm blogging about a pastime that is very common but never really indulged in it myself until recently. Reading! I can honestly say that the first "real" book that I've ever read was this year in high school. I read Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. It was almost like watching a movie or something. This is something I had never experienced, before my senior year in high school. Now that I enjoy reading, I've gone on to read two other books and am working on one now. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer and Black by Ted Dekker. I am now reading Red the second book in the circle trilogy by Ted Dekker. I though both of these books were very good. This coming from someone who has never read anything to speak of. Let me know of any other book suggestions if you will. Later....

Graydon's House

Hi everybody. This is Harrison blogging from the Graydon's house in Virginia. I've been up here all week just hanging out. I recently helped Haley and Stuart paint their master bedroom. It's yellow. Pretty cool. I'm really just typing this so Haley will see that I do care about my blog and that I didn't just get one because she wanted me to. Anyway, until next time....

Supercross 2009

I recently went to Atlanta Supercross with my Dad, brother, and a friend. It was different than a typical motocross race because it took place inside the Atlanta Superdome rather than on an outdoor track. It was loud, but not unbearable. It was pretty cool because the rider I expected to win did win. I'm psychic. They also had a cool laser show before the race started. They used it to introduce all the main riders (but not the loser ones). Anyways, it was a pretty cool experience. Check out my pics!

Fire over the starting gate....

The starting gate. You can see the bikes at the top right are pretty blurred....

Typical Mitch Payton factory ride.....

Lots of fans...growin' sport. And actually...the little blur on the middle left of the screen is a guy doing a backflip during the freestyle show...I know...my camera sucks.
